Welcome to ClassySoftware. By accessing or using our Sentiment Analysis API service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
ClassySoftware provides a Sentiment Analysis API that accepts message IDs and texts, and provides a sentiment score and label.
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
3.2. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
3.4. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4.1. We use Stripe to process payments for our Service.
4.2. All payments are non-refundable.
4.3. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
5.1. We collect emails and passwords for account creation and management.
5.2. We use PostHog for data analytics to improve our Service.
5.3. We retain data as long as necessary for business purposes or as required by law enforcement.
5.4. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of this information.
6.1. You are solely responsible for your use of the Sentiment Analysis data provided by our Service.
6.2. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
6.3. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClassySoftware and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
8.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8.2. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
8.3. Currently, users cannot delete their own accounts. This feature will be added in the future.
In no event shall ClassySoftware, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
